We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Administrative Assistant to join a fast-paced team supporting one of our manufacturing clients in Sandy Springs, GA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and brings a high level of discretion and communication finesse to their work.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver top-notch administrative support to executives and department teams—think calendar management, travel planning, and prepping for meetings.
Act as the go-to contact for internal and external communications, ensuring responses are timely and polished.
Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations with precision and professionalism.
Oversee office supply inventory, equipment needs, and vendor coordination to keep operations running smoothly.
Organize logistics for meetings and events, including room scheduling and catering arrangements.
Maintain both digital and physical filing systems and assist with data entry and records management.
Provide administrative support to HR, finance, or project teams as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
A high level of integrity when handling confidential information.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Bonus Points For:
Experience supporting multiple departments or stakeholders.
Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Workday, or Concur.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a knack for solving problems before they arise.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
