LHH is looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to one of our client’s. The ideal candidate will handle various office tasks, communicate with clients, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and supplies.
  • Assist with special projects, including research and data analysis.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
