LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients located in the Schaumburg, IL area. The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of administrative experience and experienced with Google Docs. THIS IS A CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT WITH NO END DATE IN SIGHT. THE SALARY FOR THIS POSITION IS $22/HR.


Responsibilities:


- Responsible for performing general clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.


- Support Sr Admin Assistant: sorting mail, filing, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.


-Perform basic bookkeeping/billing duties.


-Scan and coordinate processing of invoices and bills, data entry and basic research,


-Prepare coffee and other general office/kitchen housekeeping tasks,


-Assist in filing duties, Handling shipping and mailing and preparation of shipping labels online


Requirements:


-Must be pleasant and have strong customer service approach.


-Hardworking, eager to learn.


-Have strong work ethic and professional attitude. -


Trustworthy and diligent in performing tasks.


-Able to multi-task and work accurately in a fast-paced corporate environment.


-Versed in using computers
