The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing critical HR functions for teams across the U.S. and Latin America. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience through effective payroll management, benefits administration, compliance, HR systems optimization, talent acquisition, performance management, and people analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multi-state payroll in the U.S., ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Oversee payroll processing in Latin America and Canada in coordination with local service providers.
Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, etc.), including open enrollment, filings, and audits, to ensure offerings remain competitive and supportive of employee needs.
Maintain a compliance calendar to track and complete all required filings and audits; manage internal programs in accordance with legal requirements.
Ensure all U.S. employees complete mandatory compliance training in line with company policy.
Keep HR policies, including the employee handbook and standard operating procedures, current and aligned with best practices.
Optimize the Oracle HRIS platform to support efficient and user-friendly employee lifecycle processes.
Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate manual tasks.
Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, engagement) to inform data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with global HR teams on cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver consistent, compliant, and positive experiences.
Partner with leadership to craft and deliver clear, engaging internal communications.
Support the full-cycle recruitment process
Conduct and coordinate interviews and collaborate with external recruiting partners as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
4+years of HR management experience, including expertise in payroll, benefits, compliance, and HRIS
Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and knowledgeable in U.S. employment laws.
Experience with Oracle HRIS, particularly in reporting and data management.
