The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing critical HR functions for teams across the U.S. and Latin America. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging employee experience through effective payroll management, benefits administration, compliance, HR systems optimization, talent acquisition, performance management, and people analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-state payroll in the U.S., ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

  • Oversee payroll processing in Latin America and Canada in coordination with local service providers.

  • Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, etc.), including open enrollment, filings, and audits, to ensure offerings remain competitive and supportive of employee needs.

  • Maintain a compliance calendar to track and complete all required filings and audits; manage internal programs in accordance with legal requirements.

  • Ensure all U.S. employees complete mandatory compliance training in line with company policy.

  • Keep HR policies, including the employee handbook and standard operating procedures, current and aligned with best practices.

  • Optimize the Oracle HRIS platform to support efficient and user-friendly employee lifecycle processes.

  • Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate manual tasks.

  • Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, engagement) to inform data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with global HR teams on cross-functional initiatives and special projects.

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver consistent, compliant, and positive experiences.

  • Partner with leadership to craft and deliver clear, engaging internal communications.

  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process

  • Conduct and coordinate interviews and collaborate with external recruiting partners as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 4+years of HR management experience, including expertise in payroll, benefits, compliance, and HRIS

  • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and knowledgeable in U.S. employment laws.

  • Experience with Oracle HRIS, particularly in reporting and data management.
