LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a food manufacturing company in Scottsdale. This organization is in search of some contract help on their Accounts Receivable team. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully onsite.

The hourly rate is between $23/hr-$25/hr.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a critical role in managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely collections—particularly in a B2B environment. This is a fully onsite position that requires strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments accurately and on time
• Generate and send customer invoices
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on B2B accounts with outstanding balances
• Conduct regular collection calls and emails to business clients
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain detailed and organized AR records and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing tasks related to AR

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, including B2B collections
• Experience in manufacturing or the food industry is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
