LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a positive and professional Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is 100% Remote after training. MUST BE LOCAL TO PHOENIX!

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Phoenix, Arizona but 100% Remote after training

Contract to Hire

Pay Rate $17.00 /hr $17.50 /hr for Bilingual

Schedule to be determined-availability 5:00 am – 5:00 pm

Training is 1 week in a temporary office

Summary

The primary role of a customer service representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Providing information to customers

Ensuring customers are satisfied with products or services

Follow up with customers

Ability to resolve issues in the most effective ways

Escalating queries and concerns

Qualifications

2 years of call center experience- handling up to 60 calls a day including emails and live chat

Detail orientated and able to multi-task

Patient and adaptable

Excellent communication skills both written and oral

Must be able to work in a fast-paced high volume call center environment

Must have a dedicated work space, secure internet and cell phone

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
