Targeting a Human Resource Business Partner that will act as a strategic advisor, linking HR practices with business objectives to drive organizational success. This position will work with business leaders to understand needs, develop HR strategies, and ensure alignment between HR initiatives and overall business goals. You will be involved in various aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and change management. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives, strategic priorities, and challenges and create and implement HR strategies that support business goals and address emerging challenges while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
