LHH Recruitment Solutions is urgently hiring a Medical AR Specialist for our healthcare client located in Scottsdale. This position will be 100% onsite and a full time contract opportunity for our client.

This position will be helping with a cleanup project, focusing specifically on the backend of the billing cycle. This role will be working heavy denials, analyzing, modifying and resubmitting as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years medical billing/backend AR experience
• Proficiency working with EMR Systems and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work well independently and prioritize tasks throughout the day
• Strong knowledge in medical billing procedures and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
• Can work well in multiple software systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve
