Contract Recruiting Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a tech company based in South Scottsdale. This company is looking for a recruiting coordinator to join their team on a contract basis for 6-12 months. There will be an opportunity for permanent employment status after the contract is completed. This position has a Monday-Friday schedule, where you will be allowed to work one day from home.

You will be sourcing and recruiting for revenue generating positions like sales and marketing.

Duties will include:

Post revenue generating jobs on multiple platforms and screen candidates

Finds and engages qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques utilizing online tools

Reviews candidate resumes to identify relevant knowledge, skills and experience against job requirements

Assist with initial TA phone screens for the recruiting team

Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidates

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience

Sourcing experience is highly preferred

Previous experience using an ATS system
