LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a meticulous and systems-savvy Supply Chain Data Specialist for a 3 month contract, on-site opportunity in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in ERP systems and a passion for maintaining clean, accurate data to support supply chain operations.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard Business Hours
Duration: Full-Time, Minimum 90 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume data entry and maintenance across ERP platforms, including item and vendor master records.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency to support seamless integration with EMR and other systems.

• Establish and maintain EDI connections with vendors to streamline procurement processes.

• Collaborate with purchasing, supply chain operations, and value analysis teams to support analytics and reporting.

• Assist with item conversions, contract data entry, and resolution of data-related issues.

• Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams on data processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain or ERP environments.

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Workday or Lawson is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with accounts payable or data management functions is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills are essential.

Additional Information:

• This position requires 100% on-site presence at the facility.

• Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
