Administrative Assistant (Temp) – Seattle, WA
Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr
Duration: 3-6 months
Job Description:
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support office operations and provide administrative assistance to the team. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
Assist with meeting coordination and travel arrangements
Manage office supplies and handle vendor communications
Process invoices and expense reports
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
