Responsibilities:

Process weekly invoicing

Run monthly statements + send to clients

Update cost codes for specific projects

Send out contracts

Assist with invoice disputes

Client correspondence

Required skills:

3+ years accounting experience

Experience with accounting software, preferably Viewpoint

Microsoft Office suite experience

2+ years customer service experience

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
