LHH Recruiting Solutions is looking for a Front Desk/ Office Support specialist in the Seattle area. This is a 100 % onsite, permanent position, with one of the best healthcare teams in the Seattle area.

Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls in a timely manner

Greet visitors

Respond to inquiries

Maintain office files

Collect Patient co-pays

Qualifications

2+ years healthcare receptionist experience

Medical Assistant experience is a plus

Ability to multitask and communicate well with others

Previous experience working in health care is a plus

Skills

Strong written and oral communication

Ability to work independently

Employment type

Permanent/ M-F 40 hour weeks

Compensation

$23-24/hr
