Hourly Wage: $25-$27 an hour

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in HR or Recruiting

Qualifications:

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite

Experience with Workforce Now or other ATS preferred, but not required

Spanish speaking highly preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

Execute overall recruiting strategy for various open positions

Conduct interviews for potential new hires

Execute all onboarding practices

Process medical plan enrollments

Administer annual open benefits enrollment

Process leaves of absences

Facilitate enrollments, 401k, changes, and terminations

Monitor and enter data into internal HR systems and databases

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written skills
