LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an HR Generalist for our healthcare client located in South Seattle. This position will be 100% onsite, full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity for our client.
This role will be focused on assisting the HR department heavily in the employee relations aspect, assisting with benefits and leave administration, training and onboarding, and compliance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- HR Certification (SHRM/PHR) strongly desired
- Minimum 5 years human resource experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret policies and procedures to others
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
- Tech savvy and able to work within multiple software systems
- Can remain calm in de-escalated situations
- Excellent leadership ability and can help to guide a wide array of individuals
Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
