Medical Administrative - Seattle, WA

LHH is currently seeking to hire a Medical Administrator in the Seattle, WA area. The qualified candidate will greet and check patients in and out with a professional and warm attitude, enter patient information accurately in electronic chart accurately and in a timely manner and other administrative tasks as assigned. Responsibilities:

Greet and check patients in and out with a professional and warm attitude

Accurately collect and label patient specimens such as blood, stool and urine

Enter patient information accurately in electronic chart accurately and in a timely manner

Process patient specimens for prep for lab pickup

Performing basic medical vitals

Answer multiline phone

Schedule in-office and telehealth appointments

Call and confirm appointments

Various administrative tasks (scanning, filing, copying)

Maintaining confidential medical records

Maintain accurate patient charts with updated test results and communication

Collect payments

Assist with lab and exam room inventory

Qualifications:

2 – 3 Year administrative support in medical clinic (Required)

Strong computer skills.

Knowledge of medical terminology

Knowledge of EMR Nextech system a plus.

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.00/hourly
