LHH is currently seeking a candidate to support the front office team for a leading healthcare organization in the Seattle, WA area. The temp-to-hire role will be in office and hold a Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm schedule, offering a pay rate of $21-$22 per hour.

**Must hold previous medical front office or medical receptionist experience

Responsibilities:

Answering phones and questions from patients, handling check-ins and scheduling

Reviewing and collecting co-payments, pre-authorizations, insurance, and benefits verification

Collaborating and communicating effectively with peers, staff, and physicians

Data entry responsibilities

Additional front office duties as needed

Qualifications you bring!

Prior medical front office or medical receptionist experience is required

Knowledge of HIPPA and ability to communicate effectively

Experience in Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, and Word – TECH SAVVY!

Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task and adaptable to adjust to rapid changes

Ability to work individually and collaboratively, proactive in building teams

Highly detailed, organized and sense of urgency

Strong customer service skills while being highly professional

Compensation:

$21-$22 per hour

Monday through Friday

Full – time, 40 hours
