LHH is currently looking for multiple skilled and experience administrative candidates to provide office support to our clients here in Seattle, WA. We are currently looking for candidates with four-five years working in an office setting or providing clerical duties/support. Candidates must also be tech savvy with knowledge of excel, MS Office and Google Suite.

Location – Fully onsite


Experience: Four-five years in office setting environment or performing high volume data entry


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Outstanding ability to multitask
  • Extensive computers experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Detailed and task orientated
  • Reliable transportation or ability to arrive to work on time

  • Responsibilities: (Not limited to)

  • First point of contact for guests, visitors and vendors
  • Accurate data entry
  • Communicate via email, phone or in person
  • Escalate customer service-related issues to the appropriate department or leadership
  • Interact with customers/guest
  • Generate excel spreadsheets
  • Sort, organize and distribute all mail and deliveries
  • Maintain day-to-day administrative functions of the office.
