Project Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has a newly created position for a candidate who is looking for a blend of accounting and customer service position. You will be tracking manufacturing projects, creating invoices, processing payments, and providing customer service to their clients. To be considered, it’s important that you have high attention to detail and are extremely organized since there are often multiple projects happening at once. The Project Specialist will need to be fully onsite in the office, but you will have a beautiful view and have your own space to work in.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new client accounts and maintaining contracts
  • Processing payments and applying to the correct accounts
  • Processing invoices and following up on payment inquiries
  • Tracking projects and ensuring correct documentation
  • Assisting clients when needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
  • At least a year of previous work experience in an office setting
  • Some knowledge of billing or accounting would be helpful
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly
