Receptionist (Temp) – Seattle, WA

Pay Rate: $22 - $26/hr
Duration: 2-4 months

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations in a corporate environment. This temporary position requires excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel

  • Manage office mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure reception area is organized

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment



Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
