A leading international law firm is seeking a Records Manager to join their team located in Seattle, Washington. This position will work in a hybrid work environment both from the office and remotely. The Records Manager will have strong database administration skills and a solid foundation in records management. This is an opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team of five in Records Management. Responsibilities:

  • Administrative management of the Records Department
  • Supervise staff in records management
  • Oversee the information management program
  • Manage special projects related to information governance
  • Administer legal hold workflow
  • Required skills:

  • 5+ years of progressive information governance, records management, information security, or compliance experience
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with complex data
  • Understanding and experience with records management principles and software (both physical and electronic)
  • Information Security and project management experience
  • SharePoint, Relativity, and Asana expertise
  • Law firm experience is a plus, not a must
