LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a large, reputable company located in the Pacific Northwest on the hiring of a full cycle Recruiter. This position is a fully remote. This role will work closely with HR leadership in delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. You will be responsible for full cycle recruitment including sourcing a high volume of candidates using various creative recruiting platforms and community forums.What you’ll be doing:

  • Establish and manage full life cycle of recruitment; emphasis on proactive sourcing using a variety of methods, assess and recruit candidates for a variety of positions
  • High volume interview scheduling including working directly with candidates and hiring managers to successfully handle complex scheduling requirements
  • Use a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques as needed to obtain a pool of well-qualified candidates.
  • Consult with the hiring managers throughout hiring process from discussing needs to assist in making the final candidate selection for an offer.
  • In partnership with the hiring manager, develop offer package and extend/negotiate the offer package.
  • Manage all aspects of job posting process in applicant tracking system and other job boards
  • Collaborate with HR team on diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Promote company at variety of recruitment functions such as job fairs at universities and events to target special populations.
  • Maintain and update information within applicant tracking system including but not limited to job posting templates, requisition status, and candidate status
  • Qualifications needed:
  • 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
  • Extensive experience in cold calling, candidate development and direct sourcing of candidates from a variety of media including standard sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated assessment skills in effectively evaluating candidates
  • Adept at learning new systems and processes quickly
