Location: Remote


Pay: $21/hr


Job Overview:


The Collection Specialist will be responsible for contacting customers and scheduling payments for past due balances. Some accounts may require escalation of customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution. This position has a high degree of daily contact with customers, account executives, and managers.


Responsibilities:

  • Performs outreach to customers reguarding collection on delinquent accounts
  • Escalates queries resolve disputed items on the ledger
  • Ensures prompt payments are made by customers with an outstanding balance
  • Maintains accurate documentation of customer contact and collection activity
  • Responsible for bringing account and customer concerns to the Collections Manager for prompt resolution
  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager

  • Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience working with corporate collection portfolios
  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Sales Force, Zuora and NetSuite experience a plus
