Job Title: Staff Accountant (Full-Time)

With a strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and a collaborative work culture, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client’s finance team.

Position Overview:

The Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, supporting month-end close, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional looking to grow within a stable and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports

• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of entries

• Support accounts payable/receivable functions as needed

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

• Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2–4 years of general accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred)

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks) a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
