LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a fast-growing company in Southlake, TX! They are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to assist with invoice processing and expense reporting. This is a contract to hire opportunity that offers hybrid flexibility. Apply now if your background fits the below criteria!
Primary Functions:
High-volume AP processing
Ensure proper coding of expense on the GL
Weekly payment run processes (check, ACH, and/or wire)
Maintain vendor files; review W9s for proper vendor set-up and 1099 classification
Participate in annual 1099 preparation and filing
Prepare account, vendor, and other reconciliations as needed
Review, code, and obtain receipt support for activity processed on multiple credit card programs
Effectively manage the relationship with both internal and external customers
Assist with reimbursable expense trackers and reimbursable expense invoices
Qualifications:
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
