Administrative Assistant

LHH is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a client located near the Speedway, IN area. This is a temporary position. If interested in this role, please apply immediately for consideration!

Onsite Temp Position (3-6 months)

40-hour work week

Monday – Friday

8 AM – 5 PM / 9 AM – 6 PM

Pay rate: $18/HR

Duties:

  • Welcoming guest
  • Provide general administrative/clerical support
  • Assisting vendors with questions or concerns
  • Receive and direct incoming calls
  • Assist the payroll department when needed
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Perform all other required office tasks
  • Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years previous administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
