Accounts Receivable Associate

LHH is looking for a qualified AR associate in St. Louis, Missouri, (63141)! The ideal candidate will be an expert at excel, will be open to contract work, and open to working 100% in office! The candidate will be able to take advantage of benefits provided through LHH for the term of their contract!

Worksite: In office

Compensation Range: $24.00-$28.00

Type: Contract

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform account reconciliations, identify issues and research to conduct accurate customer communication and collection efforts of delinquent accounts in assigned portfolio.

Prepare AR Aging report and execute actions to ensure expected results Partner with sales and customer service to resolved customer account issues and to drive permanent solutions

Perform month end responsibilities including reporting and monthly journal entries Accounts Receivable

Must be able to clean up and reconcile manually

Qualifications:

Must be an expert in Excel (Macros)

Must be able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

BPCS/AS400 is a plus

Collections/Credit risk assessment experience a plus

Ability to build instructional SOP’s
