LHH is seeking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator in the St. Louis area. This individual will be responsible for admin responsibilities such as data entry, personnel records, and training. We are looking for someone to support the process of employee applications, enrollment, payroll, and policy and procedure manuals.


Responsibilities:


-Process employee forms related to documenting HR

  • Identify and communicate any departmental issues, concerns, and needs with upper management in HR Leadership
  • Responsible for action plans measures, goals and results on personal development plans
  • Assist to maintain the integrity of employee records including Form I-9 verifications
  • Responsible for conducting New Hire Orientations


Qualifications:


-High School Diploma or GED equivalent


-Bachelors Degree in HR or related fields (PREFERRED)


-1+ years of prior experience in HR or Customer Service
