Sales Compensation / Payroll Specialist


LHH is seeking a Sales Compensation / Payroll specialist in St. Louis, Missouri (63141). The ideal candidate will have a background that includes processing payroll and commissions for employees. This position is a hybrid role, and if candidates have a background in the mortgage industry it is a huge plus!


Worksite: Blended In office and at home


Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 based on experience


Responsibilities:


1. Manage accounting entries that impact the sales compensation expense and payable accounts.


2. Manage New Hire and existing compensation plans for sales producers.


3. Serve as a cross-functional resource for all areas of sales compensation.


4. Support monthly financial close processes for all sales compensation accounting activities.


5. Identify process improvement opportunities within the department, in addition to developing and driving solutions.


Qualifications:


Broad Knowledge & Experience Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles, economic principles, applicable laws, codes and regulations.


Above Average Skills High degree of functional knowledge in subject matter.


Demonstrated Ability Application knowledge, analytical abilities, high energy level.
