Compensation varies upon experience:
- Mid-level Manager: $75,000 to 95,000 annual
- Senior-level Manager: $100,000 to $125,000 annual
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process, including procurement, production, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and minimize stockouts.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation planning, freight management, and distribution center operations.
- Conduct regular supply chain risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in developing and mentoring staff.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
