LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager in St. Louis, MO. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our supply chain strategy and operations.

Compensation varies upon experience:
  • Mid-level Manager: $75,000 to 95,000 annual
  • Senior-level Manager: $100,000 to $125,000 annual


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process, including procurement, production, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and minimize stockouts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Manage logistics operations, including transportation planning, freight management, and distribution center operations.
  • Conduct regular supply chain risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in developing and mentoring staff.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.


Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
