We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and attract top talent to our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role based out of Stafford, VA. , 3 days remote, 2 days in office.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Interviewing and Selection:
Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Evaluate candidate skills and experience against job requirements.
Provide feedback to hiring managers and collaborate on candidate selection decisions.
Offer Management and Onboarding:
Extend offers of employment to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background checks and references.
Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Represent the organization positively in all interactions with candidates, employees, and external partners.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
