This role is responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of hydraulic systems for both new and existing products. From concept development to production support, this role plays a key part in ensuring product performance, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced engineering environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop hydraulic systems for both new and existing products.

  • Analyze hydraulic performance to ensure systems meet pressure, flow, safety, and quality requirements.

  • Work closely with suppliers to define product and component specifications with appropriate engineering input.

  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and production teams to develop detailed project plans.

  • Provide support during project implementation across departments including manufacturing, testing labs, service, and marketing.

  • Prepare and verify engineering change documentation, including BOM reviews, following department protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and/or engineering roles.

  • Proficient in 2D schematic design; AutoCAD experience preferred.
