LHH is searching for an Accounting Assistant with full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable experience to assist in a long term special project in Gwinnett County! The ideal candidate will have intermediate knowledge of Excel and recent experience using Netsuite!!! Our client offers a flexible, hybrid schedule!!!


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • 3+ years of recent invoice processing and check runs
  • 2 and/or 3-way matching
  • Commercial collections to include credit holds/releases
  • Reconciliations
  • Vendor setup/maintenance
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and billing issues.
  • 1099 processing
  • Post payments

Requirements and Experience:


  • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Hands-on experience with Netsuite and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour Search managed by: Michelle Brewer
