HRIS Technologist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an HRIS Analyst Job in Tacoma, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with HRIS systems support. One of the primary responsibilities will be developing solutions to specific client requirements taking into consideration workflow and system capabilities.HRIS Analyst duties:

Setting up new client accounts for human resources services accurately and within a defined time frame.

Training and supporting clients in the proper and effective use of provided systems and tools.

Developing solutions to specific client requirements taking into consideration existing client HR policies, client workflow requirements and preferences and system capabilities.

Coordinating with all parts of organization to maximize effectiveness and productivity of New Accounts setup process.

Building effective, collaborative working relationships throughout the organization with staff, peers, managers and customers.

Qualifications:

2 plus years of HRIS systems experience from a technical and nontechnical ability.

Deep familiarity and experience with all aspects of HR including but not limited to performance management, benefit administration, employee life cycle management

Experience working with HRIS systems and/or ability to learn new software applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high quality of work output.

Ability to take initiative in identifying, investigating and resolving problems.

Highly detailed and organized and ability to manage multiple projects to completion
