Patient Services Receptionist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist located in the Tacoma area. This is a contracted position for 3+ months. Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm

Contract 3+ months

Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients

Answering the phone

Patient demographics

Front desk collections

Making copies, sort mail and maintain appointments

Qualifications:

Organized and presentable with all material

Be able to answer questions and address complaints

Excellent customer service orientation skills

Strong communication skills

Familiar with office equipment
