Accounting Clerk

To qualify, you must possess at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in accounting. This role’s responsibilities include data entry, payroll duties, everyday clerical work and more. Our ideal candidate has clerical experience and basic knowledge and skills in the accounting field that they can utilize in the everyday tasks this positions entails. Looking for someone who is a team player and eager to learn.


Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Analyzing and reviewing time sheets and expense reports
  • Collections via email and telephone
  • Entering invoices into company portal
  • General ledger entry coding
  • Light accounting clerical/bookkeeping duties
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets
  • Experience in QuickBooks is not required but a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • One or more years of experience in a clerical/administrative position
  • Basic knowledge and/or experience in the accounting field

  • Experience:

  • A minimum of (2) years of accounting experience

  • Employment Type: Contract to Hire


    Compensation:

  • $42,000 USD

  • Work Hours:

  • 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Monday to Friday
