LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional administrative assistant to support a large team at a Tampa company. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in an executive or admin/contracts role.


Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, make travel arrangements, and setup meetings
  • Maintain insurance exceptions
  • Prepare contract documents and ensure they are executed
  • Provide daily management to receptionist and office assistant
  • Facilitate supply order and stocking
  • Maintain field docs


Experience

  • 3-5 years in an executive role
  • Experience working in real estate a plus!


Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite software
  • Stress and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Professional and reliable


Work Type

  • Full Time, Contract to Hire, M-F, 8-5
  • $21-22/hr
