LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional administrative assistant to support a large team at a Tampa company. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience in an executive or admin/contracts role.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, make travel arrangements, and setup meetings
- Maintain insurance exceptions
- Prepare contract documents and ensure they are executed
- Provide daily management to receptionist and office assistant
- Facilitate supply order and stocking
- Maintain field docs
Experience
- 3-5 years in an executive role
- Experience working in real estate a plus!
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite software
- Stress and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional and reliable
Work Type
- Full Time, Contract to Hire, M-F, 8-5
- $21-22/hr
