LHH is seeking an insurance defense litigation attorney interested in a opportunity in Tampa, FL? We especially want to hear from you if you have personal injury defense experience! You will be responsible for drafting legal documentation, attending court, gathering and preparing defense information, advising clients and claims personnel on complex legal issues, extensive legal research, performing analysis on applicable precedents, case management, discovery and eDiscovery, and other tasks as assigned. Trial experience is a huge plus, but those who can handle a high volume of cases independently who don’t have trial experience can gain it! Qualifications:
JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in FL
1+ years of insurance defense litigation experience

Salary: $90,000/yr-$100,000/yr. plus bonuses
