Benefits Administrator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial services company located in Tempe. This company is in search of a full time benefits administrator to join their team on a contract to hire basis. This position is Monday-Friday, with traditional hours.

Duties will include:

  • Assists in administration all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability, ADA, FMLA, Workers Compensation.
  • Administers life status changes and enrollments, conducts regular audits for accuracy and provides consistent messaging to employees.
  • Process monthly billings and payment of administrative fees and claims for all group plans.
  • Provide regular reporting on health and wellness program, including enrollment, impacts, trends in enrollments, absenteeism, leave use, financial wellness, disease management, etc.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
  • 2+ years of HR experience in FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, and other local, state and federal leave laws
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with software including Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Oracle is a plus!
