Construction Project Coordinator


LHH Recruitment is conducting interviews for our client in Tempe, AZ for a Construction Project Coordinator on a contract to hire basis. This hiring manager is looking for some one who is extremely organized, comfortable managing multiple projects at once and is an effective communicator. In this position you will be responsible to manage the input of contracts, coordinating with internal departments on installation, financing, inspections and confirming activation. You’ll be ensuring the installation process goes quickly, smoothly, and the customer’s project is completed to their satisfaction.

The job duties are:

  • Setup jobs in project management software.

  • Order materials and schedule their delivery to each job sites for installation.

  • Submit permits to the city and acquire approvals.

  • Speak with customer throughout the project and keep them updated on the status.

  • Ensure each project is completed with little to no delay and the customer experience is positive.

Your qualifications should include:

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience or project coordination background in the construction industry.

  • Intermediate in Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • High level of detail orientation.

  • Effective communication skills as you’ll be working directly with customers and other third parties to ensure projects get completed.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
