LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Credentialing Specialist in the Tempe, AZ area. The position will be Contract to Hire and onsite.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor enrollment and terminations of new and existing providers, ensuring all regulations and documentation requirements are met.

Complete provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications; monitor applications and follows-up, as needed.

Database maintenance, update accordingly with information regarding employee training, licenses, education, continuing education, and relevant job experience.

Verification of both individual and facility accreditation, maintain records of verification and work with auditors as needed.

Conduct full cycle credentialing process for new and existing providers, ensuring all are credentialed with the appropriate health plans for their practice location.

Qualifications

High School Diploma Required, Associate Preferred

Credentialing Certification Preferred

1-2 years of stable healthcare credentialing experience

Skills

Experienced in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive; EMR, EHR

Basic understanding of technology utilized in the Healthcare Credentialing field, including data collection, and credentialing sites i.e., CACTUS, CAQH, NPPE, etc.

Process driven, time management, and meticulous

Employment type

Compensation

$19-28/HR
