LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Tempe who is in search of a full time customer service representative to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday 6am-230pm. This role is fully onsite for the first two months, and will provide hybrid flexibility after. The hourly pay is $20/hr to start.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling payments, opening service cases, and providing accurate, friendly support for a range of general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely, professional manner
• Process customer payments securely and accurately
• Open and track service cases using our internal systems
• Provide clear and helpful information regarding products, services, or account inquiries
• Document interactions and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 months of tenure with your current or most recent employer
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
• Must be able to pass federal onboarding and drug screening(THC included)
