HR Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with construction company who is in need of an HR Assistant to join their team on a full time basis. This position is fully in their Tempe office, and has a standard Monday-Friday schedule.

Duties will include:

Maintain accurate employment files including pay plans, position agreements, and pay adjustments

Liaison for benefits

Assist with employee’s Human Resources related challenges

Assist with open enrollment and other requests

Draft offer letters

Send drug screening and background checks to employees

Obtain and enter digital copies of employees' record.

Assist with the recruitment process

Perform reference and background checks

Assist with performance management procedures

Perform orientations and update records of new staff

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 2+ years of administrative support experience

At least 6 months of working HR experience

Proficiency in all MS Office, as well as an ATS
