Mortgage Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a real estate investment company in Tempe. This company is looking to add a customer service representative to their growing team. This position is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The first 60 days are fully in office, but will then move to a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have mortgage processing or servicing experience and will have the ability to thrive in an ever changing, dynamic and evolving work environment. The hourly rate is between $27/hr-$31/hr

Duties will include:

• Take the lead in addressing existing customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Analyze refinance events to ensure compliance with investment guidelines.
• Analyze investment termination events, like property sales and owner buyouts, to prepare accurate payoff demands.
• Facilitate timely payoffs and lien releases by coordinating with title agents and escrow officers.
• Ensure guideline adherence by coordinating with loan officers and real estate agents.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2+ years of mortgage processing or servicing experience
• Prior FinTech industry experience would be a huge plus
• Ability to connect with people and build rapport.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle high volume
