We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join a great company in Thomasville. Tasks will include posting vendor invoices, preparing checks, running customer credit cards and assisting with general administration, including receptionist duties.

Job duties:

  • Data entry, entering invoices into accounting system

  • Processing accounts payables invoices and resolving discrepancies

  • Account reconciliations

  • Assist with inventory

  • Ad hoc accounting duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills

  • Great customer service experience

  • Accurate and detail-oriented

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
