Position: Office Assistant Industry: Commercial Property Management Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Salary: $47,000 - $49,000 Benefits:
- 3.5 weeks of PTO in year one, plus holidays

Job Summary:
The Office Assistant will be an integral part of the administrative team, providing essential support to ensure smooth operations within a fast-paced commercial property management office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. We are seeking candidates who are eager and excited to learn, as our client offers great training and plenty of resources to make you successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management for property managers.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support the preparation of lease agreements, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle mail distribution and manage outgoing shipments.
- Maintain organized filing systems for property documents and records.
- Assist with the coordination of property viewings and meetings.
- Perform data entry and update property management software with accurate information.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education such as an Associates or Bachelors Degree is a plus.
- 1+ years of office experience, or a Degree in lieu of experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn property management software.
- Experience using Yardi is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Reliable and professional with a customer-focused attitude.
