LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an Account Support Specialist for a permanent opportunity, near Williamsburg, VA. Must be open to travel to branches.

Duties include working with customers and operations on delivering excellent customer service, assisting with RFPs, manage documents and change requests, handling cash management and analysis, cross-sell new products, review and increase ACH and deposit increases, oversee online banking services and other duties as needed.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of account support experience at a bank or financial institution

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel and able to use multiple systems

• Professional, organized, attention to detail, and reliable

Permanent Salary Range: $55K to $70K plus benefits including health, PTO, 401K and more.
