Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for sourcing and negotiation? We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on driving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across supply chain activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and process purchase requisitions, ensuring clarity, compliance, and proper documentation.

• Identify and maintain a strong network of primary and alternative suppliers.

• Solicit and evaluate competitive bids, analyzing pricing, delivery, and supplier capabilities.

• Negotiate optimal terms and issue purchase orders and supply agreements.

• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock materials and rotating equipment.

• Maintain procurement data in enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, inventory management tools).

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of procurement experience, ideally in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Ariba) and asset management tools (e.g., Maximo) is a plus.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Professional certifications (CPM, APP) are a bonus.
