About the Role:
Our client, a well-established organization in the Trenton NJ area, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing core HR functions, supporting company-wide initiatives, and driving employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional who is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for fostering a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives
Partner with leadership on HR strategy and policy development
Maintain and ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Handle benefits administration and coordinate with vendors as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Work Schedule:
Hybrid schedule with required in-office presence on Fridays.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary between $120,000 – $140,000, along with bonus eligibility. A comprehensive benefits package will be offered, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.
Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
