We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized AR Specialist to join one of our clients near High Point. This role will be responsible for high-volume transactional processing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with repetitive, yet critical, financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Reconcile large volumes of customer accounts, including applying credits and writing off debits to the general ledger.

• Perform detailed account reviews to identify discrepancies and resolve outstanding issues.

• Communicate professionally with internal departments and external customers to address and resolve AR-related inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a high-volume AR or transactional finance role.

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency.

• Effective communication skills for both internal and external stakeholder interactions.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with [insert system, e.g., SAP, Oracle] is a plus.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
